Types and characteristics 

Rotary hob fiber cutting machine 

The rotary hob type adopts the continuous rotation of the drum type cutterhead. According to the inclination of a certain position and direction, the direction of the blade edge is the direction of rotation of the rotary cutter disc, and the one-piece fixed straight blade is used. The cooperation between the two cutters is very The compact fit, continuously rotating multi-piece rotary cutter, automatically presses and cuts the raw material sent from the feeding system, and then automatically conveys the shearing system through the conveyor belt. 

In the material feeding system, it adopts a parallel and uniform conveying belt of different lengths and lengths. There are two pairs of relatively rotating self-sliding pressure regulating pressure rollers at the front end of the cutting edge to clamp the material. In normal production, the material can be conveniently placed. Continuously placed on the conveyor belt, automatically fed into the pressing device and the cutting tool to complete the cutting. After cutting, the material falls into the output belt in the direction of the outlet and is sent out.

Features:

Sickle fiber cutting machine

The boring cutter is a blade that linearly moves in a pair of vertical plane directions. The feed guide roller of the synchronous feeding device feeds the cut tow into the cutting port, and the cutting length required for fixing the stopper is used to complete the cutting jobs.
Features: 

(1) The structure of the device is simple, and the adjustment range of the cutting length is wide (the shortest is even 0.1mm); 

(2) The requirements for the cut tow are not high, and it is possible to process materials of various specifications, even various types of corners. 

(3) The cutting efficiency is low, and the accuracy of the cutting length is poor; Due to the simple structure and low price of the cutting machine, at present, many domestic engineering fiber manufacturers mostly use such cutting equipment.


Parallel blade fiber cutting machine

That is, the cutting edge of the cutting blade on the cutter head is arranged in a plane direction with the cutting edge facing upward, and the distance between the cutting edges is the required cutting length. The inclined tow is used to feed the tow into the cutter head. The cutter head is rotated and the tow is cut into the required cut length.

Features: 

(1) After the fiber is cut, it falls vertically in a free state, and the cotton is relatively smooth; 

(2) Adopting the pressure wheel to drive the tow feed, the cutting precision is high; 

(3) The pressure roller is in contact with a plurality of blades at the same time to form a cut, and the cutting efficiency is high; 

(4) The equipment structure is complex and the maintenance requirements are high; 

(5) There is a difference between the outer edge of the cutting edge and the inner length, so that the actual working length of the blade has to be reduced, which affects its cutting ability.


Radial fiber cutting machine

That is, all the blades on the cutter head are vertically arranged along the circumference, and the cutting edges are outwardly arranged in a radial arrangement, and the distance between the cutting edges of the blades is the required cutting length. The cutter head rotates to feed the tow, and the parallel pressure roller contacts the blade edge to cut off. 

Features: 

(1) The cutting edges of the blades are parallel to each other, and there is no difference in the cutting length, and the cutting precision is high; 

(2) The blade has a large working length and a high cutting capacity; 

(3) The cutter head is simple in design and easy to maintain, and can be suitable for various cutting requirements; 

(4) The number of blades required for the cutterhead at the same scale is small.

The selection of the fiber cutting machine is basically selected according to the shape, pattern, length and output of the raw materials.
