JIAMEI PP FDY multifilament spinning machine produces high-tenacity polypropylene filament yarn in the 150D–3500D range at up to 7.0–7.5 g/d, with winding speeds of 2000–2400 m/min. One line covers FIBC jumbo bag yarn, synthetic wig fiber, concrete reinforcement fiber, rope, webbing, filter fabric and sewing thread. Power consumption is 1.0–1.2 kW
