1. The tube bank does not turn.

In the normal winding, the tube is returned to the end of the winding, and the detection of the detector is detected and the signal is sent. 2. The tube is frequently replaced by tube replacement.

This fault is caused by contamination of the surface of the yarn detector.Just wipe off the surface of the test. Frequent cleaning of the detection part of the yarn detector is the best way to prevent this failure.

 

3. Scissors are not sharp.

If not sharp scissors don't cut the yarn, the suction nozzle to absorb the small yarn will be folded into double yarn at fixed suction nozzle, so that when through clearer was cut, so repeated several times, cause can't normal production, and increase energy consumption. When repairing, remove the scissors and replace them with a new pair of scissors. Do not throw away the sharp scissors, can be sent to the machine repair workshop (the machine shop for short) to sharpen and continue to use.

 

4. The tension device is out of order.

The tension device provides the yarn with appropriate tension through the tension disc. The tension disc is divided into a pressure plate and a stationary disk.The stationary disk is fixed, and the pressure plate can be axial movement and swing.When the pressure disc is wrapped in the wire, its motion is blocked, resulting in unstable tension, uneven density of winding, and frequent fracture.When repairing, should be removed according to the operation specifications, and remove debris and other debris.

 

5. Big suction nozzle leak.

When the suction nozzle is in the zero position, place a yarn on the side of the suction nozzle, and if the yarn is sucked into the suction nozzle, the air leakage of the suction nozzle is indicated. Not only does the leakage of the big suction nozzle cause energy waste, but it also causes other parts of the air to be inadequate.Large suction nozzle is the suction nozzle of the large suction nozzle energy board decision.The living board opens with a big suction nozzle to absorb the wind, and vice versa.

6. Fail to meet or fail.

There are many reasons for the failure of the disqualification or failure.One is that the process design is improper, the twisting parameter is not reasonable.Second, the position of the dial is not correct, and the yarn is not put into the splitter.The third is that the oil in the splitter is not flexible, the sealing ring is leaking, the twisting cover is damaged or it is not working properly.

For one reason, it is possible to change the twisting parameters caused by the artificial reason and then do the twisting test to check whether the twisting parameter is reasonable. The solution is to loosen the fixing screws on the yarns and correct the position. Reason three is the phenomenon that often appears, also is the key part of maintenance work, so can be carried out according to specific circumstance when maintenance, if necessary can add lubricants for the activity piece.

 

7. Yarn cleaner failure

The yarn cleaner is another key component affecting the quality of the yarn. The automatic winder is usually made of electronic yarn cleaner, which is divided into two types: photoelectric and capacitive. For example, the TK830 capacitance type yarn cleaner produced by LOEPFE company is analyzed. If mechanical wave is present in the tube, the yarn cleaner will be cut when the tube is rotated several times, then the change of tube yarn can be returned to normal production.

When the yarn cleaner fails, it will be cut frequently in a short time, so that the production can not be continued. The troubleshooting method is to reset the yarn cleaner, and the frequency of reduction should be more than twice, to ensure the accuracy of the reset. If the reduction is invalid, it can be concluded that the internal electronic components of the yarn cleaner are damaged and can be handled by the electrician.

 

8. The bobbin holding arm size chuck is not flexible.

The size clamp on the sleeve is high-speed, and its speed is close to the speed of the tank, so the bearing wear failure is always present.After the failure, the bobbin turns difficult, the yarn is not evenly arranged, and the alarm will appear, as long as the bearing inside the clip is removed and replaced with a new one, the normal production will resume.
