1. Stretch part

2. Wet deformation part

Increasing the amount of wetting can also reduce air pressure and consumption. The air texturing nozzle is the core of air texturing, and different specifications of air texturing nozzles are selected according to the characteristics of the texturing filament and the final texturing nature.

3. Air deformation nozzle

The air-forming nozzle not only affects economic indicators such as texturing speed and air consumption, but also affects the quality of the texturing wire. At present, there are many types of nozzles, which can be basically divided into two types, namely DuPont's Taslan series nozzles and Heberlein's Hema nozzles. Although the US EIVIAD company's viper-shaped nozzle is different from DuPont's nozzle structure, its main structure is the same and belongs to The same type: DupontⅪV (for thin linear density yarn) and Dupont XV (for thick linear density yarn) have a good effect of spraying thi, its advantage is that the processing linear density range is large (50~1000dtex), and the processing speed is up to 800nn min; but when adjusting the processing linear density range. EMAD's 150PRN type is suitable for processing raw yarns of 40~500dtex, and 3000PRN type is suitable for processing raw yarns of 500~10000dtex. The nozzle can feed four strands of raw yarn at the same time, and core-covered yarn can be made with different overfeed rates; 3000PRN type Nozzles are particularly suitable for making fancy decorative yarns. The nozzle is mainly composed of a shell, a guide wire needle, a venturi tube, a balloon or a baffle.
