Ⅰ.  Introduction

The cooling masterbatch is based on Polypropylene, Add some auxiliaries like oxidant etc ,adopt strict production process make into high content pp cooling masterbatch. The cooling masterbath can help Improve melt flowing rate, reduce the processing tempreture and reduce energy consumption. It is widely used for pp multifilament spun-bonded non-woven polypropylene making.


Ⅱ. Use

1. Add appropriate amount cooling masterbatch could lower processing temperature for polypropylene.

2. By adding cooling masterbatch could work out high quality coarse and fine denier filament yarn and fiber.

3. By add the cooling masterbatch could make the pp products quality Improved significantly.

4. With cooling masterbatch help reduce energy consumption, increase  efficiency save production cost.


Ⅲ. Processing technic

Following processing technic for refference:

feeding period  170-190℃  

compress period  200-220℃ 

extruder  220-240℃

spinneret temperature  230-250℃

Suggested adding percent  3-7%(quantity percent)
